A barbecue smoker and an open Josper charcoal grill, heavy wooden tables, leather-covered benches, in-house dry age cabinets in the centre of the dining room, a delicate smoke aroma, reticent - almost puristic - furnishings and clear lines characterize the MAX.
At MAX other things draw the attention of the viewer - namely the meat and fish, the right selection, the arranging and preparation and, of course, the enjoyment. Following to our motto “Steak it easy”.
It is an archaic experience of the original form of the BBQ. Steaks, burgers and ribs, but also the best of fish, characterize the MAX menu. All kissed by the flame of the Jasper charcoal grill.
